Coverall Franchisee, Damion Jones, Honored Tonight by IFA as a 2013 Franchisee of the Year
Damion Jones to be honored at 2013 International Franchise Association’s Leadership & Franchisee of the Year Awards
The 2013 International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Leadership & Franchisee of the Year Awards will honor Coverall Franchised Business Owner, Damion Jones, of the Coverall Master Support Center in Louisville, KY as a Franchisee of the Year this evening.
The Leadership & Franchisee of the Year Awards Dinner is a part of IFA Public Affairs Conference.
Rick Ascolese, Coverall’s Chief Executive Officer, and Les Wharton, Coverall’s Chief Legal Officer and Vice Chair of the IFA’s Legal/Legislative Committee, will be on hand as the IFA honors Damion, who was also named a 2012 Coverall Franchise Owner of the Year.
Alanna Cochran, Director of Sales for the Coverall Master Support Center in Louisville, KY will also attend the celebration.
Alanna says, “I had the pleasure of working closely with Damion Jones for two and a half years as the Regional Director of the Coverall Louisville Master Support Center. Damion is always eager to learn new things to progress his business, is great at building relationships with his customers, trains and manages his employees, and has high expectations for the level of service he provides to his customers. I could not be more pleased that he has been chosen for this honor of Franchisee of the Year for the IFA. He is a great business man and is very deserving of this award!”

The 2013 International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Public Affairs Conference takes place on September 16th and 17th. The Public Affairs Conference serves as a platform for franchisees and franchisors to meet with elected officials to discuss important issues that affect franchised businesses.
Rick and Les join the IFA and other Franchise leaders in Washington D.C. to make their voices heard. Coverall’s Executive Team works closely with the IFA as we look to protect the business interests of our Franchisees.
Les Wharton has also served as the IFA’s Chair of the Legal/Legislative Committee, and chair of the IFA Annual Legal Symposium Task Group for the 2004, 2005, and 2006 Symposiums.
This year, the IFA is discussing policy on taxes, healthcare, immigration reform, work force policy, small business lending, and veterans as franchised business owners.
