Coverall Reports Customer Needs Survey Results


An ongoing industry survey conducted by Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System® shows that poor cleaning quality is the top complaint, at 26.5%,  respondents have about their commercial cleaning services, followed by dusting (18.3%), and bathrooms (14.2%). The services that received highest marks: vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and trust/security.

When asked, “What is most important to you about your commercial cleaning service,” “cleaning quality” and “consistent cleaning crew” topped the list. Competitive cost, trust/security, and lowest cost were at the bottom of the list.

Services that they wish their janitorial service would provide include: a quality control process (40.8%), outside window cleaning (10.2%), promotions and special offers (10.2%), instant online communication with the cleaning crew (8.1%), and floor care/carpet care (6.1%).
