Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System®, a leading franchisor of commercial cleaning businesses, has named Rick Ascolese as Chief Executive Officer. He joined Coverall in March 2012 and will continue the company’s mission of helping franchisees grow successful enterprises using the company’s patent-pending, scientifically validated program proven to reduce the spread of illness-causing germs.

Previously, Ascolese served as President and Chief Operating Officer of TruGreen LandCare and spent 20 years with another ServiceMaster business unit, American Home Shield. “Rick’s extensive franchising experience and skills as a growth leader make him the perfect fit for Coverall. He’s lining up our focus, resources and go-to-market strategy around our top priorities: Coverall Franchise Owners, their customers and our employees,” said David Kreilein, Managing Director for Centre Lane Partners.

Coverall is in its 27th year of operation and has a network of more than 9,000 Franchise Owners serving over 50,000 customers worldwide. Coverall repeatedly has been recognized as one of the top franchises in the world and has been designated as a top franchise for veterans and minorities.
